Everyone is welcome, it would be lovely to see you all and if you've never come along before, you are especially welcome. So bring some hand held craft for a respite from Christmas chaos or indeed bring some frenzied Christmas craftiness with you.

It's that time of year again where we will be having a Christmas get-together. We've decided on a picnic and hope y'all can make it!
Feel free to bring along a plate of something to share!
If you'd like to join in a Krafty Kris Kringle, then bring a crafty gift up to $20 value (it can be something that you've made, supplies, etc).
*made this date so as to not clash with Sutherland and St George Brown Owls Christmas Party!
We hope you can make it!

Hey there Canberra Owls!
We are putting together the final details for our next meet, but wanted to post a little save the date for your diary.
Our next meet will be Saturday 19 November, 2pm to 4pm, at the Downer Community Centre as always.
As for the theme - well, just in case you hadn’t noticed, its NOVEMBER and that means that (GASP!) Christmas is lurking right around the corner! Christmas ornaments will be on the agenda, but we're still finalising projects and supplies. We'll have a couple of different options and kits for cheap.
So put the 19th in your diaries, and watch this space - we'll be back SOON with the details!

Hi there Owlies,
Here we are with our last class of the year looming! This will be a bring along your own work session.
To celebrate the end of the year, would every one like to bring a small plate to share, and also, for something a bit interesting, how about bringing a piece of vintage or antique clothing to show off and talk about?
I've got a pair of bloomers from about 1900 and an Astrakhan stole from the 1940's!
I'll bring some champagne and juice too.
We'll look forward to seeing you!
