Brunswick Brown Owls Recycled Craft with Kate

The delightful Kate, who has just been to Fiji to teach some recycling craft skills, will be taking us through a workshop on Wednesday 30^th November at 7pm at the Sporting Club, Weston St, Brunswick, Vic.

We’ll be making paper beads for jewellery and knitting or crocheting with ‘plarn’- yep, it’s a clever name for plastic yarn! And it’s all made of recycled materials! Come along and learn some new skills with us, and feel free to bring some materials to share!

You might need:

Magazines

Craft glue

Earring backs

Craft wire

Clean plastic bags for plarn (coloured ones are prettiest)

Large knitting needles for the plarn- size 8 is great

Scissors

Needles
